If required, all ages can benefit from a foot orthotics. From discomfort in the foot to severe problems such as diabetic foot ulcers, a foot orthotic can help a wide range of patients. A detailed physiotherapy assessment from our specialist will confirm if a foot orthotic will assist a patient with a particular foot, leg, or even back problem.

Symptoms due to vestibular disorders can diminish quality of life. One of the consequences of having a vestibular disorder is that symptoms frequently cause people to adopt a sedentary lifestyle in order to avoid bringing on dizziness and imbalance. As a result, decreased muscle strength and flexibility can occur. These are the problems that Stay Strong aims to address and are willing to provide physiotherapy services for the same.

Soft tissue massage complements other forms of physiotherapy services. We utilize Soft tissue massage before, during or after other treatments in order to aid in recovery or as a way to prep patients for more dynamic treatments which require the flexibility and mobility that deep soft massage can provide.

Our Active rehab program focus on core stability, overall strength, endurance, and active/passive range of motion. Our tailored services include stretching, strengthening, and endurance exercises. To ensure progress, we focus on correct posture, body mechanics and proper technique. To begin these sessions, our therapist may perform functional assessments to determine the performance level of the client and use this as a starting point towards your physiotherapy program.

Trigger Point Dry Needling creates changes to muscles and soft tissue (fascia) near the needled areas. It also stimulates nerves to help releases the body’s own painkillers.  Needling is used to address pain. When combined with other physical therapy services, it also helps improve movement and function. Our physiotherapists regularly check your progress to ensure needling is helping you.
