Do I need a referral for Physiotherapy?

We do not require a doctor referral for private treatment. If you are coming in for a WorkSafe BC or an ICBC claim, we do ask you to bring your claim number at the time of first visit along with your doctor note.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Yes, we see both. Update* Now FREE treatment to ICBC patients both for AT FAULT and NOT AT FAULT party.
WSBC patients don’t pay for services. Both require valid claim numbers that you must provide. You can also ask any questions from your adjuster also simply give us a call.

Yes, we do direct billing to most of the insurers. We do ask to bring in your insurance policy info and the amount of coverage available. Please contact us if you have questions about your coverage.

If you qualify for Premium Assistance through the governments Medical Services Plan, you are eligible for coverage of 10 services per calendar year. For further information, you can ask questions from the front desk or visit us.  

*UPDATE- FREE treatment for MSP patients who are retired and over 65 yrs. Another big step to show our love for our Abbotsford's senior community.

We ask you to please bring your BC Care card if you are a BC resident, and any extended benefits cards you may have. If you have a WSBC or ICBC Claim number, we will need this to start your claim. If you have received any imaging, such as x-ray, CT, MRI, etc.) feel free to bring a copy of the report with you as well.  Please feel free to ask questions from us any time.

We ask you to give us 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your appointment. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or are a no-show, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to you. Please feel free to drop in or ask questions from our staff. 

Please note: If you have a valid extenuating circumstance, please let our staff know and the cancellation fee will not be observed.
